1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms ") govern all use of the 777colo website, mobile browser interface, games, sportsbook, and any other services offered by 777colo (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.

1.2 By accessing the 777colo Platform in any capacity — whether to browse, register, deposit, wager, or withdraw — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1.4 These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 777colo.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the 777colo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 777colo or any affiliated entity;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the 777colo Platform or mandated by a regulatory authority.

2.2 777colo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any remaining balance may be refunded at 777colo's sole discretion following verification.

2.3 Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

3.1 To access the full range of 777colo services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.

3.2 Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on 777colo. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 777colo uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

3.3 If duplicate accounts are discovered, 777colo reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts;
• Forfeit any bonus credits, free spins, or promotional winnings accumulated across those accounts;
• Withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation;
• Report the activity to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities if fraud is suspected.

3.4 You agree to keep your registration information current. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or financial information must be updated promptly through the account settings or by contacting 777colo support.

3.5 As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, 777colo may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777colo account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

4.2 Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether carried out by you or by a third party who has accessed your account — will be treated as your activity and you will be held responsible for it.

4.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777colo support immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorised access.

4.4 777colo will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

5.1 Deposits. All deposits to your 777colo account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.

5.2 777colo does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. Any deposit traced to a third-party source may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777colo account. 777colo reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

5.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya / GrabPay: Within 24 hours (typically faster during business hours)
• InstaPay / PesoNet: Within 1–2 banking days
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 2–3 banking days

5.5 777colo reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if additional verification is required, if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, or if the account has an unresolved dispute. In such cases, 777colo will notify the player of the delay and the reason for it.

5.6 Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets or exceeds the minimum.

5.7 Funds deposited must be used for wagering. 777colo reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests where a pattern of depositing and withdrawing without significant wagering activity is detected, as this may indicate money laundering activity reportable under the AMLA.

6.1 777colo may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. Bonus funds may not be used to wager on games that are explicitly excluded from bonus wagering, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.4 777colo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or breach of these Terms.

6.5 A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account will be treated as creation of duplicate accounts and handled accordingly under Section 3.

7.1 All bets placed on 777colo are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet selections before confirming. 777colo will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the following circumstances: an obvious system error resulted in incorrect odds or payout display, or a game round was voided due to a technical malfunction.

7.2 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on 777colo. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may vary by game type, market, and player account tier.

7.3 For sports betting, 777colo reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before conclusion;
• The odds were clearly posted in error (palpable error);
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation;
• A technical fault resulted in incorrect market data being displayed.

7.4 For bingo games, the draw schedule and ticket prices are displayed in the bingo lobby. 777colo's bingo RNG is independently certified and complies with PAGCOR technical standards. Winnings are automatically credited to the player's account upon conclusion of each draw.

7.5 For slot games and instant-win products, results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777colo Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or using more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to support;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering, structuring, or any other activity in violation of the AMLA of the Philippines;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes;

• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

8.2 777colo employs automated monitoring systems and conducts regular manual audits to detect prohibited conduct. Players suspected of any of the above activities may have their accounts suspended immediately pending investigation, without prior notice.

9.1 777colo is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account dashboard.

9.2 777colo provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a set period of continuous play;

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10.3 The 777colo name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 777colo. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11.1 The 777colo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted, secure, and error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will always be available, free from technical faults, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 777colo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, interruptions, or connectivity issues.

11.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, 777colo reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. This is the maximum liability 777colo will accept in connection with a technical fault.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12.1 777colo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law, with payment processors for the purpose of completing transactions, and with identity verification service providers as part of KYC compliance.

13.1 777colo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14.3 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to raise disputes through the 777colo customer support channel. 777colo commits to responding to all formal written complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official dispute resolution process.

14.4 The language of these Terms and all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
